The club is pleased to be able to confirm its intention to re-open the eastern car park, accessed via Ochiltree Road at The Firs site on a Saturday match day.
Initially on trial basis throughout August, the car park will be staffed by volunteer stewards and will be available for a limited number of cars to park off of the streets as we look to continue to improve the experience for supporters and visitors to the Pilot Field as well as assisting East Sussex Highways and local residents in managing reducing the historic parking issues on Elphinstone Road and the surrounding areas on a Saturday match day.
The parking will be offered free of charge on a first come first served basis and if the trial period which will commence on 1st August proves to be a success the intention will be to increase the capacity for further vehicles throughout the season.
