Hastings United Football Club are delighted to announce Managers and Players Player of the Year, Claire Johnson has committed to another year with The ‘U’s.
The ex-Lewes player has become a huge favourite at the club and will continue to wear the number 7 shirt for the 22/23 season.
Claire Johnson: “I thoroughly enjoyed last season at Hastings, the season didn’t end how we wanted it to but’s its made me more determined to end next season winning the league and I can’t wait to do it with the great players and management at Hastings United.”
Billy Wood: “Claire is such an important player to how we set up and the intensity we play with. A popular player with the rest of the squad and supporters alike. I am delighted Claire has committed another season with The ‘U’s and it continues to show our intention as a football club retaining a player of this quality. We are preparing for another tilt at the league and this sets the tempo!”
