Hastings United welcome former Gillingham and Lewes youth player, Mia Hyland.
Mia has spent the pre-season with The ‘U’s making impressive performances in the Woodingdean, Billericay and Crawley Wasps DS friendlies.
Mia Hyland: “I’m very happy to be here at such a historical club that’s’ going places and I want to be part of it. It’s going to be an exciting season playing alongside a quality team.”
Billy Wood: “We wanted to bring Mia in last season, but it wasn’t possible. Mia is a great character to have around the club but is also a hardworking and classy midfielder, her range of passes will be an asset for the team and adds more steel in the centre of midfield. Mia has leadership skills and is the current captain of Canterbury Christchurch University. A local girl who will be proud to represent her local club.”
