Hastings United FC Academy are looking for a hardworking, committed and conscientious individual to work within the Clubs highly productive Academy setup with players aged between 12 and 18 years. The successful candidate will be a minimum working towards their UEFA ‘B’ License Coaching qualification as well as a member of the FA Licensed Coaches Club.
The position requires coaches to plan, deliver and review a minimum of two training sessions a week as well as support and deliver a minimum of one match-day which will take place on a Sunday throughout 11 months of the yearly calendar, all of which in line with the Academy’s outlined values, playing philosophy and player development plan. The vacancy is a paid role and the amount of which is dependant on the individuals job specific experience.
