Former Dartford, Dulwich Hamlet and Welling United GK coach John McCrae has joined the Hastings United coaching staff, John brings a wealth of experience with him from a higher level of non-league football.
Chris Agutter explained, ‘John’s been there and done it, has been a part of successful setups and most importantly is a team player and good person-we demand commitment, hardwork and passion from the players and so all our staff has to reflect the same behaviours-John more than fits the bill. Also, I really want to see the players themselves develop as individuals so bringing in a specialist GK coach can only help Louis, Charlie and the one or two other GK’s who John will work with this is another positive step in further developing the already professional working environment that’s been established.’
