I’m delighted to be joining Hastings United’s management team and finally teaming up with Paul Barnes, someone who I highly regard and someone I feel will help me grow on the grass. I’m really looking forward to working with a top bunch of players with lofty ambitions!

We are thrilled to welcome Justin, someone who I believe will bring a lot to our management team and club as a professional and person. His experience in this league last season, along with his relationships with players and desire to develop himself and buy into our way of working, made him the ideal candidate to join our staff as first team coach.

I would like to thank Ben Cornelius who has decided to concentrate on his role within our Senior Development Phase, continuing to support our 18s and 23s players at the club and will continue to be integral to our relationship and pathway
